*For all exhibitors

All exhibitors must complete a Risk Assessment (RA) for the exhibition, covering the activities taking place at the stand the event’s opening hours. You do not need to send it to us before the event, but please note that you must be able to produce it on-site if asked to do so. Failure to produce a RA upon request will result in the suspension of all related activities until a RA has been completed to the Organizer’s satisfaction. We have provided a template in this technical manual to assist you.

Space-only booths—if you have reserved space only, in addition to the RA described above, the person building the stand either you or a contractor—must submit a detailed RA covering the activities taking place during the event’s setup and teardown periods. This must be done along with a method statement when submitting stand plans stand approval to pharmagoraops@closerstillmedia.com.
