Frequently asked questions for visitors
What happens once I've completed my registration?
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email on the email address used for registration. You will be able to download and print your badge.
Please note that digital versions of badges are not accepted at the trade show.
If you are unable to print your badge, kiosks will be available at the entrance to the exhibition. You can print your badge on site using the registration code provided in your confirmation email.
Who is eligible for free admission? / How much is admission to the fair?
Admission is free for:
- Pharmacists
- People working in pharmacies or healthcare facilities
- Healthcare professionals
- Pharmacy students
- Journalists
Students not enrolled in a pharmacy program (such as those in laboratory science, pharmaceutical marketing, or pharmaceutical project management) will only have access to the fair on Sunday.
All free registrations will be reviewed by our team, who will verify the profiles.
Admission costs €399 (excluding tax)* for professionals working in:
- In distribution / procurement / purchasing
- As a wholesaler/importer
Registrations under the "professional badge" rate will be automatically placed on hold. They will not be confirmed until our team has verified the profiles.
For all other participants, the price of the commercial badge is €999 (excluding tax).

I need a visa invitation letter
For any visitor who needs a visa to enter France, PharmagoraPlus can provide you with a letter of invitation. To obtain your visa invitation letter, you must first register for the trade show. You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to apply for your visa. You can also go to your visitor portal and click on the "Visa Application" tab.
Please note that you will be charged a €119 processing fee (excluding tax).
Please follow this procedure and register to apply for a visa registration letter.
Please note that individual visa applications submitted by email will not be processed.
