After 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry (Schering AG, Recordati, Takeda) in leadership roles in supply chain management, customer service, and sales, Lionel earned an MBA in Internet Marketing and Commerce in 2012.
For the past 10 years, he has been known and recognised an expert in digital health—a blogger ranked among the world’s top influencers in the sector—and he advises numerous stakeholders on the subject at both the operational and strategic levels.
Over the past 10 years, he has trained several thousand healthcare professionals in digital health, as well as numerous students from various schools. He also works with many healthcare industry players.
A lecturer for the past five years in the Digital Marketing & Business MBA program, he serves as Academic Director and VP of the DMB Health MBA, launched in 2020. A member of several think tanks, he also sits on the board of e-health startups and serves as Business Developer & Community Manager France for We Link Care."

PhD in Pharmacy / Founder of Social et Vous / Co-host of the Digital Health Club 

A recognised expert in digital strategy and healthcare communications, Delphine works with companies in the pharmaceutical and e-health industries, as well as patient organizations, to help them increase their visibility, engage their communities, and optimize their digital performance. 

After earning her Ph.D. in Pharmacy from Paris Descartes University, she specialized in cosmetology by pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Cosmetology at Claude Bernard University in Lyon.

After more than 15 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where she managed products in dermatology and dermo-cosmetics, she will graduate with an MBA in Internet Marketing and Communication from De Vinci Executive Education in 2015.

In 2017, she founded "Social et Vous," an agency specializing in helping healthcare companies develop their social media strategies. There, she develops and implements innovative digital strategies, creating engaging content and maximizing her clients' visibility across numerous social media platforms.

In 2020, to better understand patients’ needs, she completed the University Diploma (DU) in Clinical Pharmacy, Therapeutic Strategy, Treatment Optimization, and Patient Care at the University of Paris.

Passionate about innovation and new technologies, she applies her expertise in digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing to drive digital transformation in the healthcare sector.

With a passion for people and science, Cécile Carron entered the healthcare industry immediately after completing her business studies, providing patients and healthcare professionals with innovative therapeutic solutions and treatment monitoring tools.


Driven by a strong belief in the patient’s role as an active participant in their own healthcare in today’s world, and drawing on her expertise in the field of digital health, Cécile Carron joined VIDAL after a career in the pharmaceutical industry, where she held leadership positions in business operations, including heads of Marketing, Customer Excellence, and Digital, as well as a Business Unit Director at a top-20 pharmaceutical company.


She brings her expertise to strategic business transformation projects, particularly those involving digital health and data. She is responsible for expanding VIDAL’s market presence across all its target audiences: patients, healthcare professionals, institutions, and the healthcare products industry.

As a founding partner of Doshas Consulting, Didier Ambroise has spent the past two decades working on digital innovation projects, serving as a bridge between startups and large corporations or end users (particularly healthcare professionals).

Didier AMBROISE co-chaired the “Economic Development of Businesses in France and Abroad” Working Group of the Digital Health Council (CNS). 

A trained engineer, Didier AMBROISE has operational expertise in the business processes of healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities, as well as those of institutional stakeholders in the sector (the Ministry of Solidarity and Health, Regional Health Agencies, the Digital Health Agency, Regional Unions of Healthcare Professionals, etc.).

Didier Ambroise has in-depth knowledge of healthcare organization and the relationships between stakeholders in the health and social welfare sectors, with a focus on the patient journey across various medical conditions.

He has also contributed to numerous successfully implemented projects in the field of digital health (the Ségur Digital Health Initiative, the ROC Program on “Reimbursement for Supplementary Health Insurance Providers,” the SAMU Information System, etc.).

The son of two pharmacists who owned their own pharmacies, and a graduate of the Master 2 program in Audit and Management Control at IPag Business School (Paris), Stéphane Brault-Scaillet developed a dual background in business and healthcare at an early age, which he has complemented with over 15 years of experience in the digital sector, gained in both the media industry and the startup world.

He began his career in tech and media within the digital departments of RMC and BFMTV, where he led key digital projects and managed technical teams of more than a dozen developers.

In 2016, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by co-founding a European Young Innovative Company—a key player in the French Tech and Tech for Good movements—with the goal of simplifying access to automotive parts sourced from the circular economy.
For seven years, he guided this startup through every key stage of its development: product design (MVP), management of tech teams, successive rounds of fundraising, incubation (including a stint at Station F), and international expansion. A comprehensive journey, from creation to the scaling phase.

With training in artificial intelligence and no-code technologies since 2023, Stéphane designs digital solutions focused on performance, micro-learning, automation, and decision support for pharmacists.

A serial entrepreneur, he now runs the École des Métiers de l’Officine (EMO-Formation) alongside his brother, a licensed pharmacist, with a clear goal: to enable pharmacists to complement their expertise as healthcare professionals with genuine leadership and management skills, by strengthening their abilities in administration, oversight, and management, in a context where the pharmacy industry requires anticipating margin declines and securing the long-term financial health of pharmacies.
