ADMISSION POLICY

Admission to the trade show is free for pharmacists and healthcare professionals in the sector—including licensed pharmacists, assistant pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy staff, group managers, and healthcare facility professionals.

Distributors, importers, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical companies will be required to purchase a “Trade” ticket at a starting price of €299 per person, excluding tax (Please note that this price will increase gradually as registration periods progress.)

We recommend that you bring a business card if you haven't pre-registered online.

Manufacturers, service providers, and any commercial entities wishing to attend the trade show for purely business purposes must purchase a trade pass at a rate of €550 (excluding tax) per person. This rate will also increase gradually as registration periods progress.

If incorrect information is provided during registration and the selected ticket does not match the correct profile, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the registration. The visitor will then be required to pay the price difference to gain access to the event. No refunds will be issued in this case.

By entering the exhibition hall, visitors agree not to engage in solicitation, unauthorised distribution of flyers, demonstrations, or any behavior deemed inappropriate or likely to disrupt the event. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate removal from the premises.

Registration must be done in each visitor’s own name, and visitors must wear their badge in a visible location. If a badge is worn by someone other than the registered visitor, the accreditation will be revoked and the individuals involved will be removed from the premises.

Please note that official photographers and videographers will be present at the trade show, during conferences, and at social events. By participating in the event, you consent to the possible use of your image for promotional or communication purposes, without financial compensation.
