How do I log in to my exhibitor portal?
I haven't received my login credentials / I can't log in to the exhibitor area

- We sometimes deal with different people—please check to see if anyone on your team has received an email with your company's access codes.

I would like to order exhibitor badges for my team
I would like to collect visitor information at our stand
Livebuzz is our official registration partner. You have two options for capturing visitor information at your stand: use the Smartscan app on your mobile device or rent a visitor barcode scanner.

I want to invite customers for free / a group of customers. How do I do that?
You can register your guests through your EZone; they will then receive a confirmation email stating that you have invited them.
You can invite pharmacy staff and other healthcare professionals for free; there is no limit on the number of invitations. However, if you would like to invite other types of professionals, please contact our marketing team at o.lebas@closerstillmedia.com
We will provide you with a personalized promo code that allows you to invite a limited number of people (non-healthcare professionals) for free.

If you would like to be featured in our newsletter highlighting exhibitor events, please contact our marketing team to check availability. Our team reserves the right to approve your content.
I have a presentation / I am a speaker
Our Conference Team will contact you to arrange the details of your conference.
Once you arrive, please go to the conference desk to pick up your conference badge.
About two weeks after the trade show, our team will send you the list of attendees for your conference.
