Below you will find all the information you need to make your exhibition a success. This includes details on our official contractors, services you can book, travel, the venue, guidance on shell schemes and space-only booths, and a general exhibition A-Z.

Any services should be booked directly with the relevant contractor. Their order forms and contact details can be found in the "My To-Do List" section below.

Please make sure to complete and return the forms by the specified deadlines to ensure you receive the best price for the service.

Please note: Your personal information (including your name, address, email address, and phone number) will be shared with the official exhibition contractors. It will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

ViParis has developed an action plan for emergency procedures at Porte de Versailles.

This document first identifies the responsibilities of the venue, the organizer, and exhibitors on-site. More importantly, it outlines the measures in place to address unforeseen emergencies and the steps to follow to manage threats that may arise during the rental period.

No action is required; however, we recommend that you review the document carefully.

Please note that rigging can be guaranteed up to a height of 5 meters in the hall. However, if you need to go higher, your plans must be reviewed and approved by ViParis to ensure compliance with rigging regulations and weight limits.

IMPORTANT

Forklifts - GES Logistics is our sole official contractor for Pharmagora Plus 2026; therefore, no other contractor will be permitted to enter the exhibition halls with forklifts during the event. Please be sure to contact GES Logistics with your lifting and transport needs.

Waste - Fees apply for any pallets, equipment, stand , or packages left in the Hall that are removed and taken to storage by GES Logistics.

Ordering services on site
You can order items during the construction period, but there will be an additional charge, and we cannot guarantee that your preferred items will be available. We strongly recommend that you order everything you need as early as possible.

Delivery Instructions

Shell Scheme Exhibitors

This is included as part of your shell scheme stand will display your stand and company name in uppercase. The name printed on your nameboard will be the company name you see when logging into your E-zone. If this is incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing pharmagoraops@closerstillmedia.com.

Space-Only Exhibitors

All stand must comply with the specified regulations. Please consider the following when planning your Stand:

  • Doors should be equipped with a clear-glass vision panel at eye level (including for wheelchair users), providing a viewing area between 500 mm and 1,500 mm above floor level. Doors should also be at least 800 mm wide and open outward in the direction of escape. Doors located on a gangway should be set back so that they do not open onto the gangway. 

  • Enclosed Areas: Alternative means of escape must be provided for any enclosed area, and general and safety lighting (including exit signs) must be adequately maintained and illuminated by both primary and secondary lighting systems.

  • This is permitted above the stands only if purchased as part of a sponsorship opportunity. A media agreement must be signed with your CloserStill Media Sales representative. Stand plans that include rigging, and rigging orders received by the venue, will not be processed without confirmation that the sponsorship agreement is in place.

  • Please be sure to refer to theMaximum Height Floor Plan.

    1. Banner plans (including dimensions, weight, materials, rigging points, etc.) must be submitted to Select International Events Ltd (for structural approval) by Wednesday, February 4

    2. Banners must be installed within the boundaries of your stand , and if they are taller than 3.5 meters, there must be a 2-meter clearance between the highest point of the stand the bottom of the banner.

    3. Please note: If the banner is deemed complex, an additional structural engineer inspection fee will apply.

  • Stand : All open-space booths must display their company name and stand prominently on their stand so that they can be seen from each approaching aisle. This will help visitors determine their location within the hall and find your stand.

  • Travel Distance: Adequate means of escape must be provided, and the distance from any part of the stand the gangway must not exceed 12 meters.

General Information A–Z

No one will be allowed into the exhibition hall during setup, the event, or teardown without the appropriate pass. All badges must be registered for in advance of the event and must be worn at all times on-site. Please refer to the Exhibitor Badges link found in the E-Zone to register for an exhibitor badge.

All staff at your stand wear an exhibitor badge to enter the hall. You must pre-order exhibitor badges via your E-Zone. Once ordered, a code will be sent to you via email, which you will need to collect your badge on site.
