Accidents
During your visit, please notify the organizers if you are involved in an accident or witness one.
Paths
Please note that no equipment, furniture, graphics, or other items belonging to your stand extend stand the boundaries of your assigned space. Aisles must remain clear and accessible at all times.
Badges and passes
No one will be allowed to enter the exhibition hall during setup, the opening, or teardown without the appropriate pass. All badges must be registered prior to the event and worn at all times on-site. Please see the "Exhibitor Badges" link in the E-Zone to register for an exhibitor badge.
To access the lobby during construction, you must register to obtain a construction and dismantling pass. You will find the link in the "Required Tasks" section of the manual.
When you arrive at the site, the on-site security team will give you a sticker. This sticker must be affixed to the truck doors before entering the hall.
All staff at your stand wear an exhibitor badge to enter the hall. You must order your exhibitor badges in advance through your E-Zone. Once ordered, a code will be sent to you by email, which you will need to pick up your badge on-site.
Balloons

Gas-filled balloons must be properly secured to stand. Fees will be charged to repair damage caused to the air handling units in the halls by gas-filled balloons that have been sucked into the units, and to remove balloons from the roof structures.

The balloons must be placed at a maximum height of 4 meters above the floor of the room, measured from the top of the balloon.

Balloons should only be hung above your own stand.

A plan must be submitted to the organizers, detailing the location, height, and mounting method.

All helium cylinders must be removed from the rooms once the balloons have been filled, and the use of flammable gases is not permitted.
Banners

Internet
Porte de Versailles offers free Wi-Fi throughout the venue. Please note that this service is only suitable for light internet use, such as checking emails. If you need to conduct a product demonstration that requires a reliable connection, we recommend that you order either a Wi-Fi access point or a wired connection for your stand.

Minors
Local health and safety regulations prohibit the presence of anyone under the age of 16 in the exhibition halls during setup and teardown. The exhibition is a commercial event, and the nature of the items on display during opening hours reflects this; therefore, the environment is not suitable for minors. There are no childcare facilities available at this event.
Cleaning of pre-equipped booths
Shell Scheme booths will be cleaned on both opening mornings, unless a overnight cover is used. This service consists of daily cleaning of the booths before the exhibition opens to the public.
Included:
- Removal of the plastic sheeting protecting the carpet,
- Emptying trash cans,
- Vacuuming,
- Wiping down surfaces and furniture.
Not included:
- Cleaning of exposed machinery or equipment,
- Provision of dumpsters or large bins.

Coatroom
The coat check is located in the main entrance of Hall 7.2. It is open daily until 30 minutes after the exhibition closes. The fee is 2 euros per item for visitors only.
First Aid
The first-aid station is located in the security offices near Hall 5. It can be accessed via the General Commission.

Forklift Rental
CloserStill Media has selected GES Logistics as the sole contractor authorized to operate forklifts for the duration of the hall rental. For safety reasons, no motorized vehicles (forklifts, etc.) will be permitted in Hall 7.2. Only GES Logistics, our official service provider, is authorized to operate such vehicles. If you need to order a forklift, please contact GES Logistics using the contact information below:
Poles
Graphics are permitted on the posts, if your stand has one. You may cover the post up to 2.4 meters from the floor. For RIA posts, you may not cover the top of the post, but you may cover the other two sides up to 2.4 meters and identify them on the technical plan. Do not use accessories that could damage the wooden panel.
Scanner
Starting with the 2026 edition, scanners will no longer be provided: everything will be done through an app called “Smartscan,” which you can purchase directly on your E-Zone, in the same place where you order your exhibitor badges.
You will find all the instructions for setting up the app on the E-Zone as soon as your order is confirmed.
The data will be available as soon as you start scanning on-site and will remain available for up to 6 months after the trade show.
Safety
The 24-hour security provided by the organizers is designed to prevent unauthorized access to the hall, NOT to secure the contents of your stand. Only internal security patrols will be on duty at night, and they will not be able to ensure the safety of your merchandise if it is left unattended.
Please ensure that your stand staffed at all times. Please assist the organizers in maintaining security in the exhibition halls by immediately reporting any security issues to the general office. Exhibitors are advised not to leave their stand during setup, teardown, or opening hours, and to take special care of personal belongings such as cell phones and laptops.
Please note that most of the rented lockers and storage units have shared locks and should NOT be considered secure. Any incidents of theft must be reported immediately to the organizers, as it will be necessary to fill out a security form and report the incident to the police. Please note that neither the organizers nor the venue can be held liable for the loss or damage of booths or exhibited items.
On-site storage and handling
There are no storage facilities on site, and any company requiring storage should contact GES Logistics for a specific quote.
Waste
You are required to remove all stand materials stand waste generated at the end of the event. Any waste left in the hall will be removed by the cleaning service, and the exhibitor responsible will be billed 600 euros per dumpster. We will take digital photos of each area as proof, and an invoice will be sent to you after the event.
A fee applies to any pallets, equipment, stand materials, stand packages left in the hall that are removed and stored by GES Logistics.
