Frequently asked questions for visitors

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you used during registration. Your badge will be available within 72 hours, and you can download and print it right away.

Please note that digital versions of badges are not accepted at the trade show.

If you are unable to print your badge, kiosks will be available at the entrance to the exhibition. You can print your badge on site using the registration code provided in your confirmation email.

Admission is free for:

- Pharmacists

- People working in pharmacies or healthcare facilities

- Healthcare professionals

- Pharmacy students

- Journalists

Students who are not enrolled in a pharmacy program (such as those in laboratory work, pharmaceutical marketing, or pharmaceutical project management) do not have access to the fair.

All free registrations will be reviewed by our team, who will verify the profiles.

Admission costs €189 (excluding tax)* for professionals working in:

- In distribution / procurement / purchasing

- As a wholesaler/importer

Registrations under the "professional badge" rate will be automatically placed on hold. They will not be confirmed until our team has verified the profiles.

For all other participants, the price of the commercial badge is €999 (excluding tax).

It may take up to 72 hours after you register for your badge to be sent to you via email.

You can print your badge at home or at the kiosks at the entrance to the trade show.

If you selected the option "Receive my badge by mail," you will receive your printed badge no later than two weeks before the event.

For any visitor who needs a visa to enter France, PharmagoraPlus can provide you with a letter of invitation. To obtain your visa invitation letter, you must first register for the trade show. You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to apply for your visa. You can also go to your visitor portal and click on the “Visa Application” tab.

Please note that you will be charged a €129 application fee (excluding tax).

Please note that individual visa applications submitted by email will not be processed.

The PharmagoraPlus team is not responsible for obtaining your visa for France.

If your application is denied, we cannot refund the application fee.

There will be a coat check on site, located at the entrance to the exhibition. 

The coat check will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 30 minutes after the show closes, at a cost of €2 per item checked.

Yes. A prayer area is available to visitors throughout the duration of the fair. This area, which is open to all, is intended for quiet reflection and contemplation.

Parking is subject to a fee during the trade show. 

Free Wi-Fi will be available.

Hall 7 is on one level, and the facilities are equipped to accommodate visitors with limited mobility (parking spaces, elevators, restrooms).
