What are PharmagoraPlus specialised programmes?

With more than 75 hours of conferences addressing key themes, PharmagoraPlus is a platform for engagement and inspiration where over 12,000 healthcare professionals gather to learn, train and discuss the new challenges of the pharmaceutical field.

Women's health

The Women's Health programme aligns with the celebration of International Women's Rights Day (8 March) and will focus on four key themes:

The theme for International Women's Day 2025 is "Accelerate Action"

  • "Accelerate Action" for women in leadership roles as business owners, executives, directors, or head pharmacists
  • "Accelerate Action" on the impacts of male dominance in medicine
  • "Accelerate Action" on persistent health inequalities between women and men
  • "Accelerate Action" on the life cycle of women

Dermatology

Pharmacy teams are increasingly called upon to provide frontline care for dermatological conditions. Pharmacists also play a key role in supporting communities and disadvantaged individuals by improving access to dermo-cosmetics. As primary care providers, they actively work to counter misinformation among their patients, often spread through social media.

PharmagoraPlus will address these challenges and the essential role of community pharmacists and their teams with a specialised "Dermatology" programme.

Political Programme

Several themes will be addressed this year:

  • Medical deserts
  • The Convention
  • Drug shortages
  • Future roles of pharmacists as part of the national strategy
  • CSR in pharmacy, ecological transition, support and assistance to change
  • Digital and pharmacy/ Artificial Intelligence (ethics, and data security)
  • The economic model of the pharmacy of tomorrow

CYCLE MANAGEMENT, RECRUTMENT, GROWTH AND COMMUNICATION IN PHARMACIES

Three cycles of complete training courses offered by Attopharm:

  • 'Recruitment and Management'
  • 'The levers of the dispensary growth'
  • 'Master communication techniques applied in dispensaries'

Digitalisation

Automation and digitalisation, what strategies should you embrace in order to integrate new technologies to your pharmacy? This programme will zoom in on Artificial Intelligence at the service of pharmacies: what is at stake, what are the benefits, what are the limits? All of these questions will be addressed in partnership with our speakers, experts of the industry, providing you with answers and more importantly, practical and innovative solutions.

How can you be sure to make the right choice when you buy a pharmacy?

In partnership with the ANEPF, this programme offers an educational course entirely dedicated to the creation of your pharmacy project.
