ADMISSION POLICY

Admission to the show is free for pharmacists and healthcare professionals in the sector – including pharmacy owners and assistant pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy teams, group leaders, and professionals working in healthcare institutions.

Distributors, importers, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical laboratories must purchase a “Trade” ticket, starting at €149 excl. VAT per person.
(Please note that this rate will increase progressively throughout the registration campaigns.)

We recommend bringing a business card if you have not pre-registered online.

Manufacturers, service providers, and all commercial companies wishing to attend the show for business purposes must purchase a Commercial badge, priced at €550 excl. VAT per person.
(This rate will also increase progressively throughout the registration campaigns.)

If incorrect information is provided during registration and the selected ticket does not match the attendee's actual profile, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the registration. The attendee will then be required to pay the price difference in order to access the event.

By entering the show, visitors agree not to engage in any canvassing, unauthorized leaflet distribution, demonstrations, or any inappropriate behaviour that may disrupt the event. Failure to comply with this may result in immediate expulsion.

All visitors must register under their own name and wear a valid visitor badge visibly. Badges must not be shared or worn by anyone else. Any breach of this rule may result in the withdrawal of accreditation and expulsion of the individuals involved.

Please note that official photographers and videographers will be present at the event, including in the exhibition area, conference rooms, and networking functions. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for promotional or communication purposes without financial compensation.

PharmagoraPlus is a professional trade event and is not recommended or suitable for children. No childcare facilities will be provided onsite.
