Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a PDF version of your badge. We recommend  you print your badge before coming to the show. If you can't print your badge, printing terminals will be available at the show entrance. Please use  the registration code in your confirmation email to print your badge onsite. 

Please note that the mobile version of badges aren't accepted at the show.

Admission is free for:

• Pharmacists

• Individuals working in pharmacies or healthcare facilities

• Healthcare professionals

• Pharmacy students

• Journalists

All complimentary registrations will be validated by our team after verifying the profiles.

Admission fee: €249 excl. VAT* for professionals working in:

• Distribution / supply / procurement

• As wholesalers / importers

Registrations under the Professional Badge rate will automatically be placed on hold. They will only be confirmed after profile verification by our team.

For all other participants, the Commercial Badge rate is €999 excl. VAT.

*Promotional offer valid until December 31, 2025.

After you've registered, you can download your badge and print it.

If you choose the option 'receive my badge via post', you will receive your badge no longer than two weeks before the show.

If you need a French visa, PharmagoraPlus can provide you with a visa letter.

To get your visa letter, you have to register for the show. You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to order your visa letter.

Please note that there is a 119€ admin fee for this service.

We kindly ask you to follow this process to get your visa letter. Indeed, individual requests via email will not be monitored.

The PharmagoraPlus team is not responsible for the obtention of your French visa. If your visa request is denied, we cannot refund your visa letter fee.

There is a cloakroom at the entrance of the show.

The cloackroom will be open from 8:30am until 30min after the closing hours. There is a 2€ fee per item.

There is a paid parking onsite.

A free wifi connexion is available onsite. 

The Hall 7 is fully accessible for delegates with reduced mobility (parking, lifts and restrooms).
