PharmagoraPlus 2026 will aim to address three key priorities:

  • Supporting pharmacists as they face the economic crisis, ongoing reforms, and the evolution of their profession

  • Providing practical tools for patient care, management, and the mental health of your team

  • Guiding your pharmacy towards the future, innovation, and social engagement

Women's health

This specialised programme will place mental health and well-being at the heart of the concerns of pharmacists, their teams, and their patients.

In a context marked by a shortage of professionals, increased workloads, and rapid transformations within community pharmacies, the speakers will offer practical tools to prevent burnout, strengthen team cohesion and resilience, and promote a healthy and motivating working environment.

The conferences and practical workshops will cover subjects such as stress management, compassionate communication, leadership in times of crisis, and the pharmacist’s role in supporting patients’ psychological well-being.

Inspiring testimonials, the sharing of experiences, and multidisciplinary approaches will help restore meaning, serenity, and strength to the practice of pharmacy.

Women's health

The programme will highlight women’s health and their central role in pharmacy through four key themes.

  • Female leadership, highlighting the inspiring careers of women pharmacists and key figures in the pharmaceutical sector

  • Medicine through the lens of gender, aiming to address the biases inherited from research historically centred on the male body

  • Persistent health inequalities, particularly concerning work and mental health

  • And the female life cycle, in which pharmacists play an essential role at every stage, from puberty to menopause.

Dermatology

Pharmacy teams are increasingly called upon to provide frontline care for dermatological conditions. Pharmacists also play a key role in supporting communities and disadvantaged individuals by improving access to dermo-cosmetics. As primary care providers, they actively work to counter misinformation among their patients, often spread through social media.

PharmagoraPlus will address these challenges and the essential role of community pharmacists and their teams with a specialised "Dermatology" programme.

Political Programme

This specialised programme will bring together speakers from our institutional, media, and educational partners to discuss key themes shaping the future of the pharmacy profession.

The topics covered will include:

  • The mental health of pharmacists,

  • The impact of artificial intelligence in pharmacy,

  • Developments in the national agreement,

  • The balance between environmental and economic performance,

  • And the pharmacist’s role as a guide within the healthcare system.

Discussions will also address the future of biosimilars, the management of high-cost medicines in pharmacies, and strategies to anticipate and handle shortages and supply disruptions.

CYCLE MANAGEMENT, RECRUTMENT, GROWTH AND COMMUNICATION IN PHARMACIES

This specialised programme, developed in partnership with Atoopharm, will offer three comprehensive training cycles — Recruitment and Management, Pharmacy Growth Drivers, and Mastering Communication Techniques in the Pharmacy — designed to support pharmacy owners and their teams in addressing today’s economic and human challenges.

Discussions will focus on the sustainability of the pharmacy model in a time of crisis: falling margins, closures, diversification of activities, and the emergence of new concepts such as clinical pharmacies and health hubs.

In parallel, conferences and practical workshops will explore human resources management, motivation, team cohesion and mental well-being, as well as legal and HR aspects.

Testimonials, experience sharing, and hands-on training sessions will provide participants with practical tools to strengthen both the performance and resilience of their pharmacies.

Digitalisation

This specialised programme will explore the digital transformation of community pharmacies through artificial intelligence, automation, and new digital tools.

Speakers will discuss the use of AI in stock management, back-office operations, and prescription analysis, as well as the integration of robotisation, dose dispensing automation (PDA), and connected services such as electronic prescriptions, digital health cards, and teleconsultation.

Conferences and live demonstrations will highlight practical applications of AI in pharmacy, while hands-on workshops will focus on robotisation and the profitability of technological investments.

first time pharmacy owner programme

Students and assistant pharmacists, do you dream of becoming pharmacy owners?

In partnership with ANEPF, this specialised programme will guide you step by step through the process of creating or taking over a pharmacy.

Through a practical and interactive learning pathway, it will help you tackle everything that isn’t taught at university — from project assessment to decision-making, covering the financial, legal, and human aspects of setting up a business.

The goal: to give you all the tools you need to make the right choice and successfully transition into pharmacy ownership.

  • " I am interested in the quality of the conferences (...) it is important to see new entrepreneurs with new ideas to help the pharmacy world go forward. "
