March 15, 2026

Mental health

Sleep disorders and mental health imbalances are now a major public health issue and rank among the top reasons for visiting a pharmacy. Chronic stress, anxiety, persistent fatigue… Pharmacists are on the front lines when it comes to these growing challenges.

This conference aims to reposition the pharmacist as a central figure in the initial management of these disorders by providing concrete, structured, and scientifically grounded tools to enhance their counseling at the counter

  • Understanding the neurobiological mechanisms involved in sleep disorders and mental health imbalances (stress, the cortisol axis, the autonomic nervous system, and low-grade inflammation).
  • Identify the most common patient profiles encountered in the pharmacy and their predominant imbalances.
  • Develop a clear, step-by-step, and tailored first-line pharmacy care plan.
  • Incorporate scientifically based complementary solutions into their in-store consultations.
  • Strengthen their strategic role in the prevention and management of sleep disorders and mental health issues
