Rapid diagnostic testing (RDT) should no longer be viewed as a standalone test. It is becoming a genuine pharmaceutical procedure, involving counseling, clinical guidance, traceability, and integration into the pharmacy workflow. How can we transition from a technical procedure to a seamless and profitable system? How can we ensure traceability? How can we turn the rapid diagnostic test into a tool for building customer loyalty and clinical credibility? In this session, we will explore the practical challenges of integrating rapid diagnostic tests into the daily routine of the pharmacy. Organization, standardization of procedures, time management, and communication with the team: concrete strategies will be shared to make the rapid diagnostic test a strategic tool supporting the patient care journey.
