Pharmacy data: the Hygie31 unified database
Hygie31’s rapid growth has led to data complexity that has become a significant operational obstacle: data silos, application heterogeneity, data duplication, multiple data repositories, a lack of reliability, and difficulty managing business operations. To address these challenges, the group has embarked on a gradual transformation centered on a data platform, of which MaPS System is an essential component.
The first step was to create a single repository of pharmacies, members, and contracts, establishing a reliable, shared foundation for all of the group’s business units and subsidiaries.
This foundation then made it possible to develop a group-wide product repository, facilitating the management of product catalogs, interoperability, and the analysis of 5 billion sales receipts using BI tools. A concrete case study on value creation, business adoption, and measurable operational benefits.
