As a major player in the generic and biosimilar markets, Sandoz has had the opportunity to engage with pharmacy teams and other market stakeholders on issues at the heart of today’s challenges: ensuring safe and controlled access to generic and biosimilar treatments, while supporting the evolving role of pharmacists in a rapidly changing landscape.

The stand , designed to promote dialogue and education, showcased a wide range of practical tools dedicated to generic drugs, as well as educational materials and resources aimed at facilitating the understanding and integration of biosimilars into daily practice. It also served to raise awareness about colorectal cancer screening and to highlight the essential role of pharmacists in the context of “Mars Bleu,” a national prevention campaign.

The laboratory contributed to the scientific program with a well-attended presentation on the city-hospital partnership in the management of IBD during the transition to alternative therapies. This highlight provided practical insights into the coordination of care, addressed questions from healthcare professionals, and underscored the importance of a collaborative approach to ensuring a safe and seamless patient journey.
