PharmaGuide is the first kiosk to integrate conversational artificial intelligence into a pharmacy. When using it, patients can choose between two options:

• a guided questionnaire consisting of multiple-choice questions,

• or an AI chatbot that uses natural language and can understand the user’s freely expressed needs.

Example:

“My skin is dry and I feel tired; I’d like something natural.”

The AI analyzes the request, rephrases it if necessary, and suggests appropriate products available at the pharmacy, all while complying with regulatory requirements. The pharmacy staff retains the final say on approval at the counter.
