Customization and seamless integration into the pharmacy also extend to the aesthetic design, with several finish options available, whether the equipment is installed as a freestanding unit, built into a display case, or incorporated into the pharmacy’s interior layout.

Automated and Secure Pickup: PharmaCase is redefining the pharmacy order pickup experience with its smart locker system. The automated door unlocking, dynamic lighting on each locker door, and courtesy lighting are unmatched in the market.
Heat/Cold Temperature Control: With a patent pending, we incorporate cutting-edge technology, placing us at the forefront of innovation in the temperature-controlled locker market. For optimal storage, each PharmaCase locker features an individually controllable temperature control system, ensuring the quality of stored products year-round, from -15 to +45°C. To ensure efficiency, unused lockers are not temperature-controlled and are placed on hold when a reservation is made.
Traceability : With a sophisticated traceability system, the OSAGA MANAGER software ensures precise and secure product management. Order loading and retrieval are handled by a QR code scanner that secures access to the lockers, while the software guarantees the traceability of operations. Finally, all of these operations—including loading date, temperature, humidity, notifications, and pickup date—are retained for 10 years as legally admissible evidence. This means that the data is time-stamped and signed by our eIDAS-certified service provider.
Expanded Services for Patients and Healthcare Professionals: By offering 24/7 access, PharmaCase not only improves the patient experience but also streamlines order management for healthcare professionals—such as nurses—who need to retrieve patient prescriptions and order the supplies they require for their rounds. Valuable time is saved, and flexibility is provided for pharmacies, healthcare professionals, and patients alike. The pharmacy can then focus on its core role of providing advice, particularly for patients who require the most attention. We are able to manage product returns: product errors, loaned equipment, consignment items, and test results. Always with a focus on ease of use and traceability.
Made in France and FrenchCare Certified: Our commitment to French quality is evident in every component of PharmaCase, ensuring that it is manufactured in our workshops in Isère while bearing the prestigious FrenchCare certification. Osaga strives to source as many components and suppliers as possible from France and to create local jobs.
User Interface and Connectivity: Easy to use with its intuitive 27-inch touchscreen, the cabinets simplify pharmacists’ daily work. Advanced connectivity enables remote access, providing efficient and flexible reservation management and even allowing for the use of the self-hosted advertising management option. We ensure optimal accessibility to the equipment, including for people with limited mobility. Available in standalone mode, PharmaCase becomes a valuable asset when connected to your POS system—no double entry, as reservations are made directly from the sales interface. Our software is developed according to the latest IT standards and can be integrated with our API to connect with pharmacy-based advertising systems or LGO systems. You can access your PharmaCase from any smartphone or computer with an internet connection.
